":" Academic Teaching Responsibilities

Teach core and elective courses in Finance, Accountancy, Audit, Taxation, and Management at the undergraduate (BBA) and\/or postgraduate level.

Ensure effective delivery of theory and practical courses through innovative teaching methodologies.

Enhance classroom engagement by using multimedia tools, digital platforms, PowerPoint presentations, videos, and case studies .

Prepare detailed teaching plans well in advance, including:

Lecture schedules and topics

Assignments, tests, and assessments

Demonstrations, presentations, and screenings

Communicate course plans and academic schedules clearly to students at the beginning of the term.

Mentor and guide students academically and professionally.
Departmental Administrative Responsibilities

Take complete responsibility for the ATA Department , including:

Academic planning and execution

Faculty coordination and mentoring

Curriculum implementation and continuous improvement

Monitor academic quality, student performance, and learning outcomes.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for academic excellence and compliance.
