Accounts Trainee – Hazardous Cargo Logistics | Mumbai
We are looking for an Accounts Trainee to join a leading organization in the hazardous cargo logistics industry, providing specialized services such as compliance, consulting, auditing, training, and packing solutions for dangerous goods shipments.
Location: Marol, Mumbai
Experience: Freshers
Education: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field
Work Hours: Day shift | 2nd & 4th Saturdays off
What You’ll Do:
✔ Assist in managing financial records and data entry✔ Support payroll processing, invoicing, and accounts reconciliation✔ Prepare reports, tax documents, and audit-related paperwork✔ Collaborate with internal teams for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting✔ Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with software like QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or SAP✅ Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills✅ Attention to detail and time management ability✅ Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools
