Description
You will be joining Criteo's Enterprise team in India as an Account Strategist. In this role, you will work closely with our largest clients to understand their business objectives, recommend strategies, manage relationships, optimize campaigns, communicate client needs internally, and lead performance reviews. Your success will be measured by ambitious revenue goals and the ability to drive growth through deep product penetration. Building strong client relationships is key, and you are expected to leverage your product and industry knowledge along with strong client relationship building instincts. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic account management to advertisers, ensuring client retention and satisfaction, developing strong partnerships with clients at all levels, advising on digital strategies, educating clients on Criteo's technology, participating in client business reviews, communicating performance optimizations, escalating client issues internally, and collaborating with support teams for optimal strategy and campaign setup. You will also be responsible for negotiating additional budgets and upselling new products to clients. This position is based in Gurugram or Bengaluru, India. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of direct advertising/marketing experience with revenue accountability, particularly in the India region. Proficiency in display, performance marketing, and full-funnel account strategy initiatives is required. A passion for marketing, innovative thinking, and driving results for clients are essential. You should have a proven track record of managing and growing top-tier clients in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Being self-driven, highly motivated, confident in providing outstanding service, and experienced in working collaboratively across multiple teams are also important attributes for this role. Experience with Retail and E-commerce advertisers is a plus.
