As a Call Center Customer Service Account Specialist at Chase, your primary focus will be on delivering business results by providing various options and finding solutions to assist customers with their needs. Your work will involve handling approximately 80-120 inbound calls daily from checking and savings account customers. By establishing a strong rapport with customers, you will play a significant role in driving business impact. Your dedication to customer service and competitive spirit will enable you to thrive in our dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be working in a call center setting that involves 100% phone-based customer interactions. It is essential to showcase exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills while actively engaging with customers. Navigating various technologies and demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a metrics-driven and fast-paced environment are key aspects of this position. Taking ownership of each customer interaction, treating customers with respect, and responding empathetically are crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, adhering to all relevant regulatory and departmental practices and procedures. A minimum of 1 year of customer interaction or customer support experience, whether by phone or face-to-face, is required for this role. Additionally, a minimum of 6 months of computer experience, utilizing multiple applications in a Windows-based environment, is necessary. A High School Diploma (10+2), HSC, or GED is also a mandatory qualification. Preferred qualifications for this position include the ability to multitask using a computer while providing customer support, comfort in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and previous experience in the Hospitality, Restaurant, or Retail industry. Having a genuine passion for helping people by solving problems, presenting solutions, and explaining them effectively will be advantageous in this role. Candidates applying for this position should be willing and able to work schedules during operating hours, which may include evenings, weekends, or night shifts/US-friendly shifts. Specific schedule details will be provided by the Recruiter. It is important to note that this position requires attendance at scheduled trainings, which may not align with regular working hours.
