Account Representative, SMB Inbound Sales

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving the sales cycle from prospecting to close, assisting SMB merchants with effective product solutions, and ensuring successful product integration and onboarding. Your role will involve generating leads, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and tailored recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and drive inbound and outbound prospecting. - Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and drive to close. - Respond to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and other various channels. - Provide customers with tools and resources needed to self-onboard; confirm live-to-site and follow-up on in-flight opportunities as needed. - Track and log all customer interactions, opportunities, outcomes, and follow-ups in Salesforce. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Preferred: 5 to 6 years of Inbound Sales Experience and proficient in Customer Service & Merchant acquisition.
