Account Representative I

The Account Representative I role at our Noida, UP, India location is a key position within the Customer Support Operations team. As a Customer Support Operations Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for managing UKG customer issues to resolution. You will work closely with various internal teams such as GDS, Product Management, Finance, Sales, Support, Legal, and Renewals to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include triaging UKG Customer Offboarding requests, validating contract dates, calculating financial obligations, and coordinating with other teams to address customer needs. You will serve as the main contact for the offboarding process, ensuring a positive customer experience while adhering to accounting and forecasting requirements. In this role, you will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and guidance on pending requests. Additionally, you will be responsible for decommissioning customer environments according to contractual guidelines and maintaining process documentation for the Customer Support Operations Team. We are looking for a candidate who can creatively problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate impeccable attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce (CPQ and Service Cloud Lightning), proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with reviewing order form details and contract terms.
