Account Receivable Executive

As a Financial Accountant, your main responsibility will be the preparation of Financial Statements by preparing standalone and consolidated balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports. You will finalize accounts by passing necessary entries and ensuring completeness and accuracy. - Managing Accounting Operations such as depreciation calculations, closing stock valuations, and necessary reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. - Coordinating with external auditors and consultants for statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits, and ROC compliance to ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. - Liaising with branch offices to ensure proper and timely accounting practices and financial data accuracy. Addressing and resolving accounting-related issues at branch levels. - Leading the accounts team at the head office, ensuring effective delegation and review of their work, providing guidance and support in resolving complex accounting queries. - Reviewing financial data periodically and providing reports to senior management on the financial health of the company. Assisting in preparing financial forecasts and budgets in collaboration with the CFO. - Reviewing current accounting processes and suggesting improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Implementing and monitoring internal control mechanisms to safeguard company assets.
