Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable:

• Process and verify invoices using SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments through SAP.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records in SAP.

2. Audit Monitoring:

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
• Monitor audit findings and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Maintain documentation and records to support audit processes.
• Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary information and support.

3. MIS Reporting:

• Generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports using SAP.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards in SAP.

4. General Duties:

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support the finance team with various accounting tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Should have ICWA/CA Intermediate Qualification
• Proven experience in accounts payable, audit monitoring, and MIS reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
