The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes, monitoring audits, generating MIS reports, and utilizing SAP for various financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable:Process and verify invoices using SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies or issues.Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments through SAP.Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records in SAP.Audit Monitoring:Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.Monitor audit findings and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.Maintain documentation and records to support audit processes.Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary information and support.MIS Reporting:Generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports using SAP.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards in SAP.General Duties:Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.Support the finance team with various accounting tasks as needed.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.Qualifications:Should have ICWA/CA Intermediate QualificationProven experience in accounts payable, audit monitoring, and MIS reporting.Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and ability to work independently.Preferred Qualifications:Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.Experience with other ERP systems is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Collaborative and supportive work environment.

ResponsibilitiesOperations Handle and adjust the installations according to the existing procedures and policies Serves pumps, open and closes taps, etc. Fixes alertsQuality control Analyse and perform multiple quality checks of the respective products in order to meet the requirements of the process. Identify non-conformities throughout the production process and address other employees to ensure qualitative products Control the amount of products produced by an installationSupport Carry out auxiliary tasks to the production process, according to the orientations of the procedures and their superiors Performs small maintenance activities and assists the maintenance technicians as well as electricians in large maintenance activities Works together with weighbridge operators, bagging operators etc when needed to ensure continuous productionAdministrative Activities • Put all relevant production data into the required IT system Ensure all date is up to date and correctSafety Ensure the use of personal protective equipment and take responsibility for its safekeeping and conservation as provided in the safety policy manual.
