Account Mgr (Enterprise Sales)

Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate technical skills using moderate domain/solutions knowledge - Utilize solid understanding of all Zebra products/services in business - Apply Solution Selling concepts to customer situations and exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Understand policies and practices related to the role and contribute ideas for improvement - Explain how Zebra solutions can benefit customer's business results and achieve profitable revenue growth via value proposition over competition - Use full knowledge of customer's business and market economics/trends to position effectively against competition - Solve routine problems of moderate complexity at the customer level and understand and resolve problems with support from technical resources - Work under general supervision, make decisions of moderate complexity, and exercise judgment in approach - Act independently or as a team lead for ad-hoc teams, influence customers to purchase moderate size projects, and be accountable for individual revenue attainment Qualifications: - Bachelors or equivalent experience - 2-5 years of applicable work experience - Moderate domain/solutions knowledge - Application of Solution Selling concepts to customer situations with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of policies and practices related to the role and ability to share ideas for improvement Please note that the position's base location is NOIDA.
