Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pitch new clients, showcasing our digital marketing solutions.
Understand clients' business objectives and create tailored marketing strategies to achieve their goals.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and nurture existing accounts.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and maintaining strong communication.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations.
Implement strategies to maximize client retention and ensure long-term partnerships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management in the digital marketing industry (min 2 years).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
