Account Manager/Customer Success Specialist, Life Sciences

Role Overview: As a Customer Success Specialist, Life Science at JoVE, your main responsibility will be to assist researchers and faculty at subscribing Universities and Research Institutions in India to integrate JoVE's content into their syllabi and support training and research activities. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with Customers: Reach out to Researchers and Educators to increase the usage of JoVE resources in laboratories and classrooms. - Conduct Presentations and Webinars: Deliver presentations and webinars at exhibits, conferences, seminars, and workshops at Universities and Research centers. - Develop Relationships: Build relationships with key decision-makers and teaching/research staff at Universities and Research Institutes through various outreach methods. - Provide Customer Feedback: Share customer feedback with sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience. - Increase Product Awareness: Raise awareness of JoVE products within new and ongoing customer Universities and Research Institutes. - Maintain Customer Relationships: Ensure positive relationships with customer institutes, provide support during the sales cycle, and post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Required: - Master's or PhD Degree in STEM discipline. - Excellent English communication skills. - Prior working experience in laboratory settings. - Experience in Science Communications or Customer-facing roles is a plus. - Understanding of education and research trends in Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology. - Ability to deliver presentations effectively to large and small groups. - Proven networking skills with scientists and decision-makers.
