The Role: As a Customer Success Specialist in Life Science, your primary responsibility will be to assist researchers and faculty at subscribing Universities and Research Institutions in North America. Your role involves integrating JoVE's content into their syllabi and supporting training and research activities effectively. Responsibilities: - Engage with Researchers and Educators to enhance the utilization of JoVE resources in laboratories and classrooms - Conduct presentations and webinars at various events, including exhibits, conferences, seminars, and workshops - Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and teaching/research staff at Universities and Research Institutes through regular outreach efforts - Provide valuable customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams - Raise Product Awareness within new and existing customer institutions - Maintain positive relationships with customer institutes throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention post-sale Requirements: - Hold a Master's or PhD Degree in a STEM discipline - Possess excellent English communication skills - Previous experience working in laboratory settings - Background in Science Communications or Customer-facing roles is a plus - In-depth knowledge of education and research trends in specific content areas like Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology - Ability to deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences - Proven networking skills with scientists and decision-makers - Willingness to travel as needed Why Join JoVE - Competitive compensation package aligned with local market standards - Opportunity to contribute directly to advancing scientific research and enhancing science education - Collaborate with global teams in an innovative and supportive work environment - Clear career advancement opportunities within our organization due to our strong promotion from within culture.,
