Role & responsibilities

Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
Good demonstrated experience in business development and account management within offshore engineering services catering to the construction industry, with a total professional experience of 12 to 15 years. This role specifically targets candidates who have worked in inside sales managing international architectural firms, structural consultants, and related entities
Strong knowledge and experience in engineering design and development throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, including land development, architectural, structural, MEP, and BIM.
Proficiency in various CAD software applications and familiarity with their application in construction project design.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach to account management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
