- Manage Monthly Rent Invoice and Coordinate with Lessee- Manage Credit Card Payments timely- Review Bank Balance & Manage Intenal Balance as Requrment- Prepare TDS Challan and Make Payment - Monthly- Prepare GST Challan and Make Payment - Monthly

- Manage Offices and Prmotor's Personal Utility Payment
- Manage Share Broker Payments - As Required- Manage LIC Payments and Maturity Process- Ansuring Monthly Interest Payment of Secured Loan- Manage Vehical , Mortgage , Home Loan EMIS- Followup with Lessee for Rent Payments- Coordinating and Monitaring Rent Payment - CROMA

- Prepare Share Investment Report and Reported to Chairman & CFO
- Prepare Land Related MIS Report and Reportad to CFO- Prepare Other Project Relate Report and Reported to CFO

- Prepare 26QB Form - As Required
- Prepare 26QC Form - Monthly- Prapare 24Q form - Quarterly- Prepare 26Q Form - Quarterly- Prepare TDS Correction Form - As Required- Prepare GST Return Related Data and Review Data Comes from Consultant - Monthly- Manage TDS form 16, 16A, 16B - Quarterly- Finalaize Unaudited and Individual Assessee's financial- Income Tax Return Filing - Some Assessees- Coordinate with External Audit Team ( Dhiren Shah) and Finalize Financial- Coordinate with Consultant and fullfill Income Tax Scrutiny Related Requirement- Coordinate with Consultant and fullfill GST Annual Report Related Requirement and Review Final Data Comes from Consultant

- Coordinate with Banker and Manage Renewal Related Requirement
- Prepare Bank Gaurantee Application and Coordinate With Banker- Manage Bank Account KYC Related Work- To Ansure Bank Balance, FD Balance and BG Limit Balance is as per Bank Record

-Coordination With Other Department
