Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Vivek Industries in Telangana, India. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients, managing accounts, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include handling client communications, resolving any issues that arise, analyzing account data, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Manager will also work closely with other departments to align account activities with broader company objectives.

• Account Management and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in Order Processing and Customer Service
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Data Analysis and Problem-Solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
