The Account Manager - Talent Acquisition position in Bangalore requires a candidate with at least 6 years of experience, preferably from a consultancy or hiring agency background. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, overseeing recruitment delivery, and ensuring exceptional hiring outcomes. Your role will involve engaging with clients, managing accounts strategically, and overseeing the recruitment process to bridge the gap between client expectations and recruitment team execution. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, understanding their business goals and hiring needs to provide tailored talent solutions. - Coordinate closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes, track performance against SLAs, and address challenges proactively. - Monitor account health metrics, recruitment dashboards, and hiring pipelines, and present insights and recommendations to clients and internal leadership. - Provide strategic talent advisory to clients, offering insights on hiring trends, market intelligence, and workforce planning. - Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with leadership on service expansion or new project scopes.
