Job Description

Key Deliverables

  1. Onboard new restaurant partners and manage ongoing relationships, ensuring consistent month-on-month growth.
  2. Prepare and execute growth plans for partner accounts, including marketing and promotional alignments.
  3. Track and analyze key performance metrics from partner dashboards to ensure optimal performance and business growth.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (partner support, sales operations, finance) to resolve issues and streamline processes.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Manage a portfolio of 70-80 partner accounts, generating 80-90 lacs GMV per month.
  2. Ensure partner investments are competitive in terms of discounts, commissions, and advertisements.
  3. Utilize data insights from dashboards like CMS, PowerBi, and Salesmate to drive partner engagement and growth.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to influence and propose actions to partners for growth.
