Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the
accounts and finance team
to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.
Handle
GST, TDS
, and
Import/Export documentation
and ensure statutory compliance.
Supervise and manage
Accounts Receivable
and
Vendor Payments
processes.
Prepare
NDC (No Dues Certificate)
and
Ledger Confirmations
Reconcile
Accounts Receivable ledgers
and ensure timely settlements.
Prepare and maintain
Master Data
for
Accounts Payable
.
Conduct and supervise
Tax Audits
and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and auditors for financial accuracy and reporting.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter preferred).
58 years of experience
in accounting, taxation, and team management.
Strong knowledge of
GST, TDS
, and
Import/Export documentation
.
Proven ability to
lead, mentor, and develop a finance team
.
Proficiency in
Tally/ERP systems
,
Excel
, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Job location- Gurugram sector 74A

Work Mode- Work from office

Working days- 6 days (two Saturday's off)
