Job Description

As an Account Manager at our Noida office, your role will involve managing and growing key Indian client accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates. Your responsibilities will include qualifying job requirements, collaborating with the recruitment team, coordinating the hiring process, and utilizing ATS/CRM tools for effective communication and placement activities. Additionally, you will conduct client meetings, work with MSP and VMS programs for compliance, and explore new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Indian clients. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs and challenges. - Maximize account potential by becoming a preferred staffing partner for each client. - Qualify job requirements and collaborate closely with the recruitment/delivery team for effective fulfillment. - Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process from candidate submission and interview scheduling to onboarding. - Work with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality candidate placements. - Utilize ATS/CRM tools (e.g., JobDiva) to manage client communication, job orders, and placement activity. - Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to strengthen partnerships and explore new business opportunities. - Work closely with MSP and VMS programs to ensure compliance and performance metrics are met. Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in the Staffing & Recruiting industry, with 3+ years in Account Management. - Proven experience managing Indian client accounts. - Strong understanding of MSP and VMS-based staffing programs. - Prior hands-on recruiting experience before moving into account/client management. - Experience working with Hybrid or Offshore delivery models is a plus. - Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented professional. - Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and MS Office tools.
