As a member of the team responsible for the Dineout feature on the Swiggy app, your role will involve facilitating users in discovering and availing the best deals and discounts at various restaurants, cafes, bars, and pubs in their city. Users will have the option to search for their preferred dining establishments based on parameters like cuisine, location, price range, and availability. Your key responsibilities include: - Signing contracts with restaurants - Handling inquiries from existing and prospective clients - Generating sales leads from the market - Actively engaging with restaurants for conversion - Maintaining strong relationships with restaurant owners - Providing advice on market-related issues - Offering solutions such as discounting constructs, menu enhancements, and cancellation reduction strategies You will also focus on increasing revenue for Swiggy Dineout through upselling, cross-selling, Ads investment, and other relevant channels. Additionally, you will be accountable for completing sales reporting tasks for Swiggy, monitoring competition intelligence, partner visits, and city trends. You should be prepared to handle potential clients as the primary contact person. Your work will be concentrated in a specific city, requiring you to relocate and establish a base there.
