Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and smooth execution of projects.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences to strengthen the network.

Proposal Development & Strategy

• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and campaign strategies.
• Customize solutions as per client requirements and objectives.

Production Work & Execution

• Coordinate with internal production teams, vendors, and suppliers for campaign execution.
• Oversee end-to-end production work including creative materials, events, activations, and on-ground deliverables.
• Ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are strictly adhered to during production.

Negotiation & Closing

• Lead negotiations with clients to finalize deals and agreements.
• Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly revenue and business development goals.

Collaboration & Feedback

• Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, marketing, and production) to deliver effective solutions.
• Provide valuable feedback to improve services and processes based on client insights.

Qualifications & Skills:
