Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Understand client needs and ensure satisfaction.

  • Account Oversight

  • Manage client accounts to ensure timely delivery of services/products.
  • Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations.

  • Financial Management

  • Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
  • Monitor account profitability and suggest cost-saving measures.

  • Sales & Business Development

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations.
  • Help in negotiating contracts and closing deals.

  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on account status.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategy.
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.

  • Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all account activities comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

  • Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
  • Support junior account executives or assistants.
