Role: Account Manager (Full-Time, On-Site)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
• Coordinate with creative, technical, and marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
• Monitor campaign and account performance; prepare performance reports and insights
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and status updates
• Identify upsell opportunities and suggest strategies for account growth
• Troubleshoot challenges and proactively resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and social media management
• Solid organisational and project management abilities
• An analytical mindset with the ability to prepare and present reports
• Comfortable collaborating across creative, technical, and strategic teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Prior experience in a digital agency or marketing firm is a plus
