Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our internal creative + marketing teams. You’ll manage client relationships, understand their business goals, and ensure campaigns deliver results. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communication, and driving growth for brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable briefs for the internal team.
• Coordinate with creative, marketing, and performance teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and trust.
• Identify opportunities for client growth and upsell services when relevant.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in account management, client servicing, or marketing (internship/agency/startup experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing (social media, performance ads, branding).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and eager to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
