Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Jawai Rajasthan, a luxury hotel located in the picturesque landscape of Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management within the luxury hospitality sector, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with discerning clients. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting our unique offerings to a high-end clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the luxury hotel sector.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling hotel services and packages to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored promotional campaigns targeting luxury travelers and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review performance, address concerns, and discuss future strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to position Jawai Rajasthan effectively in the luxury hotel market.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, including revenue forecasts and strategic recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in account management or sales within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of luxury hotel operations, services, and customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-profile clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and develop strategic plans based on market research.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus, especially Hindi and other regional dialects.
