Job Description

As an Account Manager at our company, your role is crucial in fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth project execution, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will be the key liaison between clients and technical teams, focusing on effective communication and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships by serving as the main point of contact for assigned accounts. - Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project progress, collect feedback, and address any concerns promptly. - Cultivate long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Coordinate client meetings, demos, and reviews with technical teams efficiently. - Take detailed meeting notes and communicate action points to internal teams effectively. - Monitor project progress using project management tools such as Jira. - Identify opportunities for upselling support services, AMC services, or additional projects. - Engage clients for testimonials, referrals, and case studies proactively. - Update and organize client-related information in CRM systems like Zoho CRM. - Maintain accurate records of client communications, opportunities, and follow-ups. - Collaborate closely with technical, sales, and support teams to address customer needs effectively. - Advocate for customer requirements and experiences internally. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar client-facing role in IT or service-based industries. - Proficiency in written and spoken English. - Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail. - Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho, and project management tools like Jira. - Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with clients. - Ability to comprehend technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - Proactive problem-solving approach and a drive for client success. It's nice to have: - Experience in upselling/cross-selling IT services or AMC contracts. - Familiarity with SaaS environments or software development projects. - Basic understanding of business processes in service delivery.,
