Accounts Manager - Ecommerce

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager- ecommerce to manage and reconcile financial data from various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc. The role involves working with accounting software like Tally, performing financial analysis, and maintaining accurate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of e-commerce transactions including sales, returns, commissions, fees, shipping charges, and payment settlements.
• Compare and reconcile reports from platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc. with accounting records.
• Maintain books of accounts in Tally 9/ Tally prime.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in revenue or cost management.
• Coordinate with e-commerce platforms and internal teams to resolve payment or reconciliation discrepancies.
• Work closely with logistics and operations teams to verify delivery and return reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 45 years of experience in e-commerce reconciliation and accounting.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience working with e-commerce portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• MIS reporting
• Good knowledge of various ecommerce portals.
