You will be part of a fast-growing local business marketing platform called Zoca, helping salons, spas, and wellness businesses attract, convert, and retain more clients through AI-powered tools. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the frontline connection for customers seeking assistance, requiring a passion for customer care, strong communication skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring seamless and satisfying experiences for customers using Trackman products, providing support via phone, email, or chat. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, via phone and email. - Educate customers on product features, updates, and troubleshooting steps to maximize product utilization. - Handle a high volume of customer support requests while maintaining response time and quality standards. - Proactively follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution satisfaction and offer additional assistance if needed. - Guide new customers through onboarding by offering personalized assistance in setup, configuration, and product usage. - Provide high-quality support and guidance to customers, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues efficiently. - Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Trackman products, documenting cases thoroughly. - Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing meetings to stay updated on product updates and features. - Engage with international customers and coordinate translation resources for multi-language support. **Qualifications Required:** - 1-4 years of experience in a customer service/support role, preferably within the technology or related industry. - Ability to efficiently manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with remote troubleshooting, diagnostics, or technical support.
