Job Description

As an Account Manager, Corporate Sales at Malaysia Airlines, your primary responsibility will be to drive flown revenue and increase market share in the corporate market. You will achieve this by sourcing new corporate accounts while also maintaining and developing the existing portfolio of accounts. Your key accountabilities will include managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be expected to manage and grow sales within assigned corporate accounts, develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, you will conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve revenue targets. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be results-driven, and have the ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, and keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities. Regular feedback and insights to the Regional Sales Manager will be expected, along with managing a sales pipeline and providing updates on progress and opportunities.
