Account Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our partners, corporate clients, and program participants. You will act as a trusted advisorensuring smooth communication, understanding training needs, and providing solutions aligned with our certification programs. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate and individual clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Build long-term relationships with HR teams, L&D departments, and senior managers to understand training needs and promote relevant certification programs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, program details, billing, and post-enrollment support.
  • Coordinate with internal teamsmarketing, operations, faculty, and program managementto deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Track account performance, program participation, renewal cycles, and feedback to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized program recommendations based on client needs.
  • Manage CRM data, client communications, and reporting for all assigned accounts.
  • Support client onboarding, training calendar planning, and follow-up activities to ensure program success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in account management, client servicing, sales support, or customer relations (preferably in EdTech, professional training, or B2B services).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM platforms or sales tools is preferred.
  • A client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
