Account Management Associate in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end placement processes for specific companies engaging with students throughout the cycle
• Plan activities and allocate resources for upcoming placement seasons for both students and recruiters
• Communicate actively and effectively with recruiters and students to ensure flawless execution of placement processes
• Ensure timely and complete dissemination of all placement-related information and guidance to students
• Resolve student queries quickly by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor placement processes closely and identify opportunities to improve the experience for students and recruiters
• Discover opportunities to enhance efficiency in daily processes to improve the student experience
• Utilize various tools, software, and platforms to automate processes and reduce manual intervention for seamless delivery
• Collaborate with the product team to introduce innovative features and optimize operational workflows
  

Success Metrics

• Month 1: Understand existing placement processes, tools, and workflows while assisting in 23 drives and managing student interactions
• Month 2: Independently run 3-4 drives, achieving over 90% student participation and under 24-hour query resolution time while identifying at least 35 process gaps
• Month 3+: Implement a minimum of 2 process improvements, maintain high recruiter and student NPS, and lead at least one automation initiative
