Account Installation Representative

As an Account Installation Representative at The Cigna Group, your role involves administering the installation of assigned client accounts. This includes setting up structures and billing, loading databases, setting up ID cards, building benefit packages, and providing access to client and broker websites. You will also be responsible for implementing new business, maintaining renewals, managing changes to accounts, and terminating clients. Critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Administer the installation of assigned accounts, including setting up structures and billing, collecting eligibility, loading databases, and issuing ID cards. - Provide support to assigned accounts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. - Conduct a detailed review of eligibility and plan benefit information. - Load data into the database, such as client coverage, premium, enrollment, and benefit plan information. - Distribute ID cards and maintain tracking tools related to account installation. - Implement benefit, premium, and structure changes for existing clients. - Support Sales/Account management by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Qualifications: - High School Degree or equivalent required. - Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary. - Ability to identify system enhancements for increased effectiveness. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access), especially in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables). - Knowledge of US or International Health Insurance is preferred. - Previous experience in Benefit Installation is a plus. - Good understanding of Account Installation and business/operating processes and procedures.,
