Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Core Accounting & Zoho Books Management

Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in Zoho Books.
Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments strictly within Zoho Books.
Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and voucher postings .
Ensure real-time accuracy of financial data, reports, and dashboards.

Compliance & Statutory Filings

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) accurately and within deadlines.
Handle TDS computation and returns, including Form 26Q / 24Q.
Support Income Tax returns, annual filings, and audit requirements.

Payroll & Payables

Process salary accounting and payroll entries in Zoho Books.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and collections.
Track outstanding receivables and payables using Zoho Books reports.

Financial Reporting & Support

Generate MIS reports, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements from Zoho Books.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS and applicable statutory requirements

Technical Skills

Expert-level knowledge of Zoho Books
(non-negotiable) Practical experience with
GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
Strong foundation in accounting principles and statutory norms

Soft Skills

High level of
accuracy, ownership, and accountability
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Integrity in handling financial and confidential information
