Job Description

Position Summary:
The Accounts Executive in a school is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, assisting in fee collection, and supporting the overall financial operations of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance
  • Manage student fee collection, receipts, and reconciliation
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements
  • Assist in preparing budgets, audits, and financial analysis
  • Coordinate with banks for deposits, payments, and account statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and school policies
  • Support the school administration in finance-related matters
  • Maintain vendor bills and staff reimbursements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)
  • Knowledge of Tally/Accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,365.31 - ₹25,000.00 per month
