Account Executive( Trainee)

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive who is eager to learn and grow in the field of accounting. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with basic accounting knowledge who want to build a career in accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records.
• Handle data entry of purchase, sales, and expense invoices.
• Support in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory records.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Assist in preparing financial reports as required.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for filing and documentation.
• Learn and adapt to accounting software and processes.
• Manage Accounts Receivable: track customer invoices, follow up on pending payments, and maintain records of collections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Tally/any accounting software (added advantage).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
