Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Accountant who is well versed with A/c software ,tally & is responsible for maintaining and managing an organization's financial records, including tracking and analyzing transactions, reconciling accounts, and managing payroll and expenses.

Job Description :

• Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.
• Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.
• Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
• Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz Service Tax, TDS, Profession tax
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Prepare financial documents, such as income statements and balance sheets
• Work with auditors both within and outside of the company to ensure legal compliance
• Make sure all bookkeeping is accurate and adheres to state and federal law
• Create budgets or advise the company on creating budgets
• Properly store and manage financial data
• Regularly review bookkeeping for accuracy
• Review and update accounting processes and procedures as needed
• Maintain confidential and secure storage of important financial documents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Tally: 1 year (Required)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CA-Inter (Preferred)
