Account Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting and Finance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, maintaining financial data, and handling project-level financial transactions. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage both digital and physical financial documents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Maintaining Financial Data:

Input and update financial data in accounting software and databases.

Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.

Generate financial statements and reports for management review.

Physical Document Management:

Organize and maintain physical financial documents, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.

Implement efficient document management practices to streamline retrieval and storage processes.

Ensure that all physical documents are secure and in compliance with company policies.

Project-Level Financial Transactions:

Oversee and process financial transactions related to specific projects.

Collaborate with project managers to monitor budgets and expenditures.

Prepare project financial reports and forecasts as needed.

Accounting and Finance Support:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans.

Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
