Job Description

Job Summary:

Assistant

Employment type:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in
data collection, validation, and migration
from legacy systems to SAP.
Prepare and maintain
Excel-based reports
, templates, and data files for upload.
Support
user acceptance testing (UAT)
by executing test cases and documenting results.
Coordinate with
finance, procurement, and IT teams
to ensure accurate data flow.
Maintain
project documentation
, meeting notes, and task trackers.
Provide
day-to-day administrative support
to the SAP implementation team.
Help train end-users by preparing Excel-based
training materials
and assisting during sessions.
Identify and report
data inconsistencies or process issues
to the project manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
