Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail - oriented Accounts Executive . Who can manage accounting function and tally Prime Edit log while also overseeing day- to-day floor /Office Operation. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, smooth coordination between departments, and efficient operational Management.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, vouchers, and ledgers
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks
• Monitor expenses, budgets, and cash flow

Floor / Office Management

• Supervise floor operations and ensure smooth daily workflow
• Coordinate with reception, admin, and support staff
• Act as a point of contact between management and floor staff
• Handle vendor coordination and basic administrative duties

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
• Experience with accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred)
• Good leadership and team-handling skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to multitask and handle operational responsibilities

Preferred Candidate

• Exposure to both accounting and operations management
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
