Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, and data entry in Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and filing procedures, with hands-on experience in Tally ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, etc.).
Record and reconcile entries in Tally Prime.
Maintain accurate financial records and filing of supporting documents.
Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain petty cash and bank reconciliation statements.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Proven experience in Accounts
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and filing skills.
