Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Handle accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and ledgers. Prepare and issue invoices to clients. Follow up on outstanding payments. Maintain billing records and customer accounts. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Support audits and help maintain internal controls. Assist in budget preparation and expense forecasting. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, procurement). Communicate with clients regarding their account status.
