Role & responsibilities Cash Handling & Management Sellers Payment, sale proceeds Receipt Acknowledgment, & Verify Delivery Order Receipt of Buyer acknowledgement for vehicle & documents release and uploading Issuing Gate pass (Sold & Normal releases) Sale Cancellations & Forfeiture Banking Activities Refunds All Billing & Collection Management (Invoices) Expenses booking and clearing Admin (with the Help of Team Leader) Preferred candidate profile Bachelor degree in Accounting preferred . Flexibility and willingness to work varied hours and occasional overtime hours. Experience working with different Accounting systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. Organized, detailed-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills and the ability to always meet deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
