Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts
• Prepare and process vendor invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries
• Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and intercompany transactions
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory requirements
• Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, payroll, and expense management
• Support audit preparation and liaise with auditors for timely completion
• Maintain accounting documentation and ensure accuracy in all reports
• Assist management in preparing budgets and financial projections
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up on outstanding payments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master's preferred)
• 26 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit
• Proficient in

  Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / MS Excel

• Strong understanding of

  GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in

  corporate accounting, IT staffing, or service-based industries

• Knowledge of

  MIS reporting and financial analysis
