Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Support Associate at SIDBI, located in Patiala, Punjab, your primary responsibility will be to assist existing/prospective customers in filling up application forms, collecting signed applications, supporting documents (including KYC), cheques, etc. You will also be responsible for following up for pending signatures or additional documents, collecting audit-related documents from existing as well as prospective clients, and undertaking any other assignments/responsibilities given by BO/Local Office, including field visits when required. Key Responsibilities: - Assist existing/prospective customers in filling up application forms. - Collect signed applications, supporting documents (including KYC), cheques, etc. - Follow up for pending signatures or additional documents. - Collect audit-related documents from existing as well as prospective clients. - Undertake any other assignments/responsibilities given by BO/Local Office, including field visits when required. Qualifications Required: - Candidate must possess B.Com. / M.Com. / CS / CS (Inter) / ICWAI or equivalent qualification from a recognized University. - Basic knowledge of accounting and banking is essential. - Familiarity with basic computer applications is required. - Minimum age requirement: 21 years. - Preference will be given to local candidates with proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English (speaking, reading, and writing). - Valid Driving License is a must.,
