Job Description

Job Title: Accounts & Tax Compliance ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

GST Compliance:
Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9.
Ensure timely reconciliation, documentation, and adherence to all GST regulations.
TDS Management:
Handle TDS deductions, payments, and quarterly return filings (Forms 26Q, 24Q, etc.).
Maintain accuracy in TDS calculations and ensure timely submission on TRACES.
Income Tax & Statutory Filings:
Prepare Income Tax Returns and support other statutory submissions as required.
Assist in responding to tax notices, audits, and compliance queries.
Accounting Support:
Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and ensure accurate posting of entries.
Maintain organized records and documentation for all compliance activities.

Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years of practical experience in GST, TDS, and tax compliance.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST laws, TDS provisions, and general tax regulations.
Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting tools like Tally and Zoho Books, and familiarity with portals such as GSTN and TRACES.
Work Style: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for coordination and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
