Job Description

You are a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive seeking to join a team in Mumbai, Speez, Andheri East. In this 4-month contract role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining financial records, assisting in banking documentation, and supporting reconciliation activities. Your duties will also include assisting with MIS reporting and collaborating with internal teams for data management. Your key responsibilities will involve processing invoices in the Tally system, maintaining accurate financial records, and keeping an inward register in Excel for various documents on a daily basis. You will assist in banking-related documentation, perform bank reconciliations, and conduct intercompany balance reconciliation. Additionally, you will support the General Ledger (GL) team in monthly MIS reporting, coordinate with internal teams for data collection, and handle any other tasks assigned by senior management. To excel in this role, you must hold a graduate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, basic proficiency in English communication, and familiarity with computer operations and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) are essential. Knowledge of Tally operations is an added advantage. Your organizational and analytical skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with different teams, will be crucial for success. Preferred skills for this position include experience in handling accounting documentation and reconciliations, as well as the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
