Prevalent Automotive Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic startup incubator focused on fostering innovation and driving growth for emerging businesses. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting roles, preferably in environments where they have managed various accounting tasks including account statements, account entries, GST filing, employee accounts, PF, ESIC, insurance, invoices, and ITR.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in tally.

2. Prepare and maintain account statements and reports.

3. Handle account entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations ITR formalities.

4. File GST returns and ensure compliance with GST regulations.

5. Manage employee accounts, including PF, ESIC, and insurance.

6. Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

7. Assist with the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).

8. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.

9. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

10. Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.

11. Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

12. Preparation of Sales order, Purchase Order, Pre- Invoice & Final Invoice, Warranty card, Owners Card etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting roles.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, ERP etc.).

Strong understanding of GST regulations and filing procedures.

Knowledge of PF, ESIC, insurance, and other statutory requirements.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability
