• Account Management:Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and providing ongoing support.
• Customer Satisfaction:Ensuring clients are satisfied with products, services, and support, addressing their concerns and resolving issues.
• Sales Presentations and Proposals:Preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and bids to prospective clients.
• Contract Negotiation:Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:Working with other teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to enhance client experiences and address their needs.
• Market Research and Analysis:Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Reporting and Analysis:Tracking and analyzing account performance, preparing reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), and making data-driven recommendations.

Pay: ₹10,388.75 - ₹14,894.50 per month
