Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Account Executive role based in Vadodara. Responsibilities include identifying and developing client relationships, promoting test equipment and measuring instruments, understanding customer requirements, and providing tailored solutions. The role also involves preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams for service delivery, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets. Excellent customer service and diligent follow-up with clients will be critical tasks in this role.

Qualifications

• Sales Skills: Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer acquisition, and account management strategies.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with testing and measuring instruments, as well as high-voltage substation and electrical apparatus equipment.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Client Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver solutions effectively.
• Personal Qualities: Strong work ethic, high level of initiative, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Preferred Experience (3-5 Years): Background in sales or engineering within the electrical industry is advantageous but not required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
